Twitter Marketing Head Justin Taylor posted a video demonstrating an interface for working with non-fungible tokens (NFT). The social platform will allow members to use the latter as avatars.
The video was recorded by senior Twitter developer Mada Aflak. To install NFT instead of a profile photo, the user needs to connect a digital wallet and select a token. The blockchain in which the asset is issued will be displayed next to the avatar.
As promised, here is the first experiment. Feedbacks and ideas are welcome :) https://t.co/TDyhibCXfG pic.twitter.com/2ifru9T2Pa

Users will also be able to show other people their NFT collections - the social network will add the corresponding Collectible tab to the activity menu.

The demonstrated features are under development, so the appearance of the menu and the functions themselves may change. The release date remains unknown.
