British financial firm Ruffer Investment believes institutional investors will gradually move into bitcoin. That is stated in the review of the giant, dedicated to assessing the market situation over the past six months.
The authors noted that as early as last year, there was a tendency in which interest in alternative instruments increased sharply.
However, institutions will not be in a rush to buy bitcoins and other digital assets. Some of them have already decided to purchase a small amount of cryptocurrency for the sake of experiment, but many are just looking at this tool so far.

The Ruffer Investment report says: "We believe that it is too early to talk about the massive entry of institutional investors into the crypto sphere. We are only at the beginning of a long stage of Bitcoin adoption."
It is known that Ruffer Investment invested part of its capital in BTC at the end of last year. On December 16, the press office of the British giant confirmed that about 550 million pounds ($744.2 million) were used to buy 45,000 bitcoins.
