Voting will last from June 25 to 30. The message indicates that the blockchain will ensure the anonymity and encryption of each vote:

“At the same time, there are two encryption keys: one is located at the user, and the second is divided into several parts and is stored by different participants until the end of the vote.”

In addition to Moscow, electronic voting will take place in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the Central Election Commission said. Also, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk Territory, and Karelia claimed to vote in this format.

Earlier, the State Duma proposed the creation of an all-Russian blockchain system of remote voting.
