BBVA Switzerland presented BTC trading and custody service this June, and revealed intentions to introduce more offers.

The newest service enables customers to include Ether in their investment portfolios. Crypto investors can manage their holdings from one account. They also can track their digital assets and traditional investments at the same time.

BBVA Switzerland CEO Alfonso Gómez said that the bank decided to add Ethereum services as BTC and ETH see the most interest among investors. Also, they apply all guarantees to comply with regulations. The executive said that the highest demand is from customers who intend to diversify their portfolios. As mentioned in the release, the institution plans to expand its portfolio of cryptos during next months.

BBVA said it decided to offer the new service in Switzerland as the country has clear regulations and a high level of crypto adoption.
