On July 7, Binance acquired Swipe, which develops its crypto wallet and issues debit cryptocurrency cards in the Visa payment system.
On July 10, Binance CEO Changpen Zhao demonstrated the first use of the Binance Card debit cryptocurrency card, the announcement of which took place in April 2020.
Changpeng Zhao said that he is taking part in the beta testing of the Binance Card, with which you can make transactions in BNB.
On Twitter, CZ said beta testing included all real transactions, including Amazon Audible stores, Grab (an alternative to Uber), and the large Lazada online store.

CZ clarified that payments to BNB were made directly from his Binance account: "I'm so happy. I love beta testing of products... These are real transactions. Audible / Amzn, Grab (alternative to Uber), Lazada (alternative to Amzn). Merchants receive fiat I paid to BNB directly from my Binance account. With the Binance Card, I can finally switch to cryptocurrencies at all 99% - 100%.”
This news has confirmed the expectation that the Binance Card will adhere to Swipe technology. Announcing plans to launch the Binance Card in April, Binance said nothing about working with Swipe.
However, after the acquisition of the company a few days ago, Swipe COO John Kenneth announced that the companies "will work closely together to launch cryptocurrency debit cards in various regions of the world."
