BitBoy Crypto Sued Atozy, but Later Dropped the Lawsuit

Crypto Youtuber Ben Armstrong, who is also known as BitBoy Crypto, sued Erling Mengshoel (Atozy) over defamation claims. BitBoy later said they will drop the lawsuit as the processes have become public.

The matter was over a video of BitBoy, where he talked about a certain token. Atozy found that video and later statements of BitBoy misleading and released a video with the title "This Youtuber Scams His Fans." Atozy says he expressed his honest opinion about the situation. Armstrong sued Atozy for $75,000.

In a new video, BitBoy said the team had made some changes to their content strategy after 2020, and now doesn't cover anonymous projects. However, at the time they researched the project which caused discussions later.

The team audited the smart contract, but later it was changed.

Also, he added they will drop the lawsuit for sure. Bitboy said he's sorry for the issue becoming public and that it had been misconstructed.
