Today, March 24 Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced via Twitter that now it is possible to acquire electronic cars paying in Bitcoin. The business magnate pinned the news on his account.

Tesla disclosed the plans in early February submitting a report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Then Tesla invested $1.5 billion in BTC.
Musk said people outside the USA will be able to buy the cars by paying with BTC later this year. To manage the payment process the company only implies “internal” and “open-source software” directly. Node is a computer that is running the Bitcoin program. Transactions are verified through it.
The news comes amid Bitcoin ETF launches and more companies integrate the mining processes. On March 19, Brazilian financial regulatory authorized two BTC exchange trade funds, thus becoming the first country in Latin America to do so.
Currently, there are two countries that had verified Bitcoin ETFs. Canada was the first, allowing the Purpose Bitcoin ETF on February 19.
