This decision was made due to the recommendations of the government. In France, a ban has been imposed on mass gatherings that can increase the impact of the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19).

The organizers promised to expand the list of speakers, which already includes Minister of Finance Bruno Le Maire, CEO of Parity Technologies Jutta Steiner, CEO Binance Changpeng Zhao, and others.

The transfer of the Paris Blockchain Week Summit is not the first case of the influence of the spread of coronavirus on the cryptocurrency industry.

Earlier, we told about the transfer of the TRON blockchain conference. We also recall that the COVID-19 forced Messari and Coinbase employees to switch to a remote format of work and influenced the work of Chinese miners.
