The Miami Mayor is a huge supporter of BTC. He has a strategy for the city to be a crypto and tech center. Suarez mentioned the growth of cryptocurrencies over a course of time. He mentioned that the current decline of the market or the fall of Terra LUNA doesn't change the city's goal, and it doesn't make a difference how much the Bitcoin price is at a particular moment as he views the sector from the ecosystem perspective. Suarez noted that crypto is a young asset class, and gains of the industry are extremely high.
According to him crypto is a new generation technology and whether up or down it’s here to stay. Also, he mentioned that it’s important to take into account that investments in new technologies are high risk- high reward.
