Particularly, he wrote, "Release the Doge" as a description of the meme that depicts a photo of the popular movie "Godfather". After the post, Dogecoin's price has increased by 4%. Currently, it trades at around $0.2528. Doge is the 6th largest cryptocurrency with over a $31.4 B market cap.
On June 28, Musk celebrated his 50th birthday. A Youtuber found an interesting way to congratulate the entrepreneur. As many have been expecting Musk to send Dogecoin to Space in a SpaceX rocket, 23-year old Reid Williamson came up with an alternative. He sent the coin via a weather balloon and wished Musk a happy birthday posting a photo.
