Leading social media Twitter was founded in 2006. As of Q2 2021, the platform had around 206 million daily, active users globally, with many choosing it as the primary source for official news.
Parag Agrawal joined Twitter in 2011 as a distinguished engineer. In 2017, he became the Chief Technological Officer (CTO) of the company.The crypto community actively discusses Dorsey's resignation as the entrepreneur is a huge Bitcoin supporter. Square, another company, headed by Dorsey, allows purchasing Bitcoin via Cash App. On November 19, Square released a white paper for its decentralized Bitcoin exchange tbDEX.
As Twitter CTO, Parag Agrawal has contributed much to its development. One of his most significant projects was Twitter's decentralized social media project, BlueSky.
