Pretending to be the creator of bitcoin, Craig Wright will appear in front of the judge in the framework of the process initiated by Ira Kleiman. This is stated in the court order.

They decided to transfer the case to the jury after rejecting the plaintiff's application for punishing Wright for giving false testimonies and providing forged documents during the whole process.
Wright responded by submitting a statement according to which he was diagnosed with autism. By this, he explained the contradictions in the evidence. The doctor who diagnosed the case is supposedly ready to confirm this in court.
Judge Beth Bloom emphasized that Wright’s testimony should be assessed in the light of these circumstances.
Recall that in the framework of the Kleiman vs Wright case on the alleged theft of 1 million BTC, an Australian entrepreneur was convicted several times of providing forged documents.
