Bitcoin Trades Above $50.000 for the First Time in a Month

Prices of cryptocurrencies started to recover. In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin's price has gone up by over 5.4% surpassing $50.000 for the first time in a month. The coin's market dominance index is 43.10%. Ethereum's price went up by 3.36% in terms of a day. The total market cap of crypto increased by more than 4.38% in the last 24 hours and now stands at around $2.20 trillion.

Yesterday tech giants such as Facebook, Instagram, and others faced massive outages, which resulted in macroeconomic uncertainty and unpredictable disturbances. This made Facebook's stock price go down by nearly 5% in over 24 hours, which is its worst performance since November 9, 2020.

The market valuation of the company fell at $919.79 billion. On the other hand, Bitcoin's market cap surged to $945 billion, getting ahead of FB.
