Major e-commerce company Shopify's CEO Tobias Lütke posted on Twitter that he's looking for ideas concerning the DeFi industry.

In 2020, the company announced accepting cryptocurrencies and teaming up with crypto operations provider Coinpayments. The platform added BitPay and Coinbase Commerce to allow payments via cryptocurrencies.
Shopify was founded in 2014 in Canada. As stated by the company, in January 2021 the platform partners with more than 1 million businesses in about 175 countries.
The news came amid the bullish trend in DeFi. Earlier PayPal announced launching crypto payments for its checkout service, which is called “Checkout With Crypto”. The option will become accessible within a few months.
Internet searches for cryptocurrencies are at the peak with massive adoption and an increasing number of people showing interest.
