Steve Wozniak presents a new project

American electronics engineer, Apple's co-founder Steve Wozniak launches a crypto company called Efforce. It is a blockchain-powered marketplace to exchange tokenized energy.

It's been 45 years since the launch of Apple and the second time Wozniak participated in co-founding of any company. Efforce allows investments in energy-efficient projects through blockchain.

The platform will unite companies that want to improve their energy efficiency with contributors interested in being repaid in tokens representing energy savings.

Many have criticized blockchain technology for harming surroundings with much energy usage. According to Wozniak, Efforce is different. Moreover, the company will play an important role in advancing green energy and reducing environmental damage. The utility token of the platform is named WOZX and it was listed for exchanging on hbtc.com on Dec. 3.

Efforce is not the first blockchain project to focus on green energy development. The platform will compete with other popular blockchain-based platforms such as Power Ledger, LO3 Energy, and WePower.
